Just received it and my first impression was excellent. I’m from San Diego and ordered the Black Leopard Print Utility Kilt. The heavy duty cotton feels strong while still being comfortable to wear. The fit and overall look are exactly what I wanted. After several uses, it still looks excellent. Five stars from me. I am very pleased with the item itself, although communication during shipping could have been better.
