Why was my Payment Decline? What to do now?
Usually, card or PayPal payments are declined due to many reasons. I have discussed all the reasons below;
Bank Declining the transactions:
Sometimes, banks decline the transaction as you may ordering from us for the first time. In that case, you need to call your bank and authorize the payment.
Incorrect billing address and phone number:
You need to make sure that your billing address should match your payment details.
Credit Card Limit Reached:
You need to check your credit card limit and see if it is reached or not.
Wrong Credit/Debit card number:
You may have entered the wrong credit or debit card number.
PayPal out of Funds:
You PayPal account may be out of funds.
What to do If my order has not been delivered?
Normally, our all orders are on time and not delayed. In order to check the status of your order, you can check our Track Order page and enter your tracking ID and see the status. Can I return the Jacket or Kilt if not liked?
You can return the regular orders within 30 days of receiving for a full refund or exchange. However, if you order a custom or personalised kilt or jacket then you cannot refund that.
Can we send you fabric for Custom Manufacturing?
If you don't find the fabric of your choice on our site then you are more than welcome to send us your fabric and we will make a jacket or kilt out of that for you.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes, we do rush orders based on customer's deadlines. However, we do charge a nominal fees of $30 for rush orders.
When will I receive my tracking number?
As soon your product is shipped, we will email you the tracking number on the provided email address.
Will I receive an Order Confirmation email?
Yes, you will get an email confirmation right after placing the order.
Do you Design a costume line for Weddings or Events?
Yes, we do design custom costume line for any type of wedding or events. You just need to provide us all your requirements and ideas and we shall come up with the most economical solution for you.

What’s the Best Way to Order from you?
The best and most convenient way of ordering is online. We have tried to make the site as user-friendly as possible. So you can order a kilt or jacket of your choice online pretty swiftly. After your order is manufactured, we will email you with FedEx or DHL tracking number to your provided email address.
If you have certain date constraints then you may write it in your order note and we will make it possible for you.
How do I Measure a Kilt?
In case you want to measure a kilt then you can refer to our measurement guide here.
In order to give you a brief info about it, I would recommend you to measure your actual waist size rather going for the pant waste. Usually, your pant waist size is 2" is smaller than your actual waist. In case, you don't have a measuring tape then you can add 2" to your actual pant waist size for the kilts.
For example, if your pant waist size is 34" then your kilt waist size would be 36"
