In order to give you a brief info about it, I would recommend you to measure your actual waist size rather going for the pant waste. Usually, your pant waist size is 2″ is smaller than your actual waist. In case, you don’t have a measuring tape then you can add 2″ to your actual pant waist size for the kilts.
For example, if your pant waist size is 34″ then your kilt waist size would be 36″
